We are approximately 1 mile north of Expressway 83 via Western Road and are adjacent to Howling Trails Golf Course, a 18 hole golf course. We are a 55+ community with a mixture of home styles; brick single family homes, smaller coach style homes, mobile homes and RVs. All lots are owned by the residents. Our club house has all the normal amenities; swimming pool and hot tub, billiards room, workout room, library and a large open hall with a kitchen where dances, dinners and various theme parties are held.
