Clubhouse Request Form
Please use this form to request to schedule a function to be held at the Leisure Valley Ranch Clubhouse. Complete the form and give to the Leisure Valley Activity Director for approval of a requested function.
Activity Reimbursement Form
Please use this form for expenses and income related to activities, such as food for meals, pantry supplies like paper plates, any event like poker playing or dances or happy hours.
Maintenance Reimbursement Form
Please use this form for building and Association expenses, such as cleaning supplies and swimming pool chemicals, etc.
LVR Site Plan Application
This application must be turned in to the Architectural Control Committee before work begins on any new structure or addition to an existing structure. It must be approved before Hidalgo County will issue a building permit.
